For ten years from the purchase date, we guarantee that the tub surface treated with the X-Tread Home Tub/shower Kit* will retain its "Slip-Resistance", provided that the surface was cleaned and maintained with an appropriate cleaner & degreaser, per our directions. If you feel that the X-Tread surface has, for some reason, lost its "Slip-Resistance", return the original Certificate of Warranty, or a facsimile, along with $5.25 per tub for shipping and handling, and we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
